Last Saturday in Assen, until the end, Nakano (13th in the World Championship) was in 3rd and Pedrosa 4th. They became 2nd and 3rd only because Colin Edwards crashed in the very last turn of the race.

In the last 5 years Rossi has won in Donington every year but in 2003. Robert jr has 2 second places (2005 and 2000), Edwards 1 second (2004); Gibernau 1 second (2003) and 1 third (2004). For the rest in the last 5 years on the podium, we had mostly Biaggi and Barros, riders that have left MotoGp for different reasons. Capirossi, Melandri and Hayden have never climbed the podium in Donington.
